re: ems sells stake in uk for 2.5 million I looked at teh UK announcement, and as far as I can see there is no change to the distribution issue that contractually exists. This is simply the actual $ payment by a company to EMS for rights for distribution which was agreed upon when the shares were issued. EMS has just chosen to finally take $ payment now.
Also getting that many shares distributed to 7 Institutions is a good thing also.

To me there is nothing sinister other than EMS cashing up in the most appropriate fashion for increased growth.

All you knoockers get off the grass & read the announcment properly.

As far as I can see EMS is on the right track.
