ems up 12 percent in germany, page-21

re: ems sells stake in uk for 2.5 million Jacktrader, it was quite a suprise to me aswell! But the way i read it is that ems has been given 2.5 million dollars for basicly giving the rights for IMD to market our products in the uk and Europe. The only problem i have is that ems sold out at 7c to the instos when the share is worth 10c (4.3p in the uk). The impression i get is that ems is trying to rush production set up in S/A, they now have 5 million dollars in the bank and with the listing on the JSE in S/A.

so the way i see it ems just made 2.5 million for nothing.

P.S, dont forget doug SIMS is still on the board and owns over 55 million shares in the co.
