EmtinB discussion

I've been doing more research on EmtinB.

So it's a synthetic peptide with some sequences from the naturally occurring MT-II (Metallothionein), which gives it a smaller size and whilst still retaining the neuroprotective and neuroregenerative properties, it can cross the blood-brain barrier (at least in mice when injected subcutaneously).

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether it's likely to also cross the blood-brain barrier in humans, based on the molecular size and results from rats?

I'm trying to work out the risks with the investment and that appears to be the big one.

I've seen some BBB studies but don't have access to them.
