The Company’s objective is to develop a portable Brain Scanner that is cheaper to use than MRI and CT scans, that could be used at the point of care in post-operative treatment, ambulatory and first responder settings with a focus on diagnosis and stroke monitoring”.
From the prospectus. The company states clearly it’s not going to a mri machine. That there is limitations. But they are confident it would work and be commercially profitable and best machine in the market.
I highly doubt the CEO and GE and the good folk and Mac equities would be sending this to ipo of it where a looser.
they have invested a lot of time in this.Also noted the highly experienced ceo lent the company $160,000 and took the repaymnet as shares at 16c
