Interesting insight, you're probably not going to say what your source is or you may know the person who exited, but you're correct that any shareholder has a right to sell at anytime given their personal circumstances which can change day to day. I wondered if they used a bot to sell a set amount over a period of time. For every seller there is a buyer. So someone or more than 1 has picked up 500k + shares in month of Feb 23'.

June 22' low $1.235, Sept/Oct 22' low $1.27, Feb 23' low $1.26, we've yet to go lower than the June 22' low this year, so still strong support in this area.

Looking more broadly across bigger markets, personally I'm waiting for a Dow Jones March low confirmation to set in ~7th March full moon time. Watch for 20yr & 60yr Dow Jones cycle repeat given the markets has move very similarly the past years to these cycles.
