Well that's usually the problem..the long long time.

The incumbents are too big in this space. They will have to sell, hopefully because they get an offer too good to refuse. Also because the ASX wiIl never reflect the premium in value that it would attract elsewhere. Manufacturing in Australia will be too expensive and heavily reliant on overseas components. Distribution worldwide for a single product with a broader reach than MRIs and CT scanners is too big. Suspect talk of going it alone is for negotiation purposes.

Nanosonics was a different (less competitive) market.
