chaddy - the investment by Keysight is great for us who are already invested (both in terms of tech collaboration and balance sheet strength) but it doesn't necessarily translate into confirmation - for the market - that an investment in EMV is therefore 'gilt-edged'. (Many of us would have had experience with failed companies that had significant support and/or investments by much larger companies)
The market is likely to drift around until near-term confirmation of market potential. WE know its potential, but the market will want confirmation of this - in success with the validation trial, regulatory approvals, distribution deals with key market players and early sales. The penny will drop one day and there will be people saying I wish I bought more at $2. But patience is required for a while yet.
