The share price is not going up in any meaningful way until the share overhang is cleared. It's a simple as that. Morgans has been selling for at least three years now and probably still have a few million shares left out of their Uniquest purchase around $2.70 and on market buys above that.
I rate the stock a buy but lots more patience will be required before any significant sustainable re-rate occurs.
