(Although I would think that the collaboration with Keysight and, more recently, Keysight's substantial investment in EMV, has prompted interest in purchasing EMV shares, thereby making them more scarce).

I was merely responding to your post which infered - whether you intended it or not - that Keysight's investment in EMV was a consequence of shares 'being like hen's teeth'. That is, your 'hen's teeth' observation was immediately followed in the same paragraph, by a consequential observation that it was 'no wonder' that Keysight had invested in EMV.

Perhaps you were expressing 2 different ideas in the one paragraph?
