Problem is that a t/o will be pitched at a premium to the prevailing sp. Right now I consider the sp to be actually very depressed. And I think some of that is due to the small free float.
Institutions won;t want to wade heavily into the market to buy their substantial chunks because the small float will mean substantial rises in the cost of doing that.
Double edged sword.
So it will need retail to get interested enough to push the price up. Need some broker research to help with that.
