I haven't been following the story until now but it appears they have only imaged phantoms at this stage and the device (as pictured in their AGM presentation) appears to be at a prototype level only. Irrespective of that I don't think it will fit in a regular ambulance, too big and too much customisation needed....not to mention requiring a radiographer to operate.
