More welcome news bridging the gap over EMVision's valley of death experience. Ways yet to go to the other side, of course, but the company is holding its form remarkably well, as evidenced by the resilience in the share price and the steady cadence of progress updates. I'm not a technical analysis devotee but even to me EMV's chart indicates ongoing conviction.
Up to the end of December last year they had about $13.5m in cash, and after then they got another $2m in R&D tax rebate and they are due to get $0.8m by the end of June from the Stroke Alliance. Their operating cash burn in the December 2024 quarter was a stepped up $3.2m which sort of suggests they are traveling okay for the time being liquidity wise. While it is true that public companies should cap raise when they can rather than when they have to, if things go EMVision's way for the next 12-18 months or so I don't imagine source of funds will be a major headache for EMVision.
