We know we will get FDA approval because, as stated in the recent Clinical Trial announcement the "primary objective is the demonstration of haemorrhage detection sensitivity and specificity of greater than 80%". We also know the algorithms for haemorrhage (blood or not) have already in the Validation Trial exceeded 80% being 92% sensitivity and 85% specificity. And we know these excellent numbers will further improve when the AI algorithms receive additional training data from the Continuous Innovation Study now underway. Q.E.D. approval from the FDA is in the bag.
There was some mention recently about the quality of the EMU image. At the last AGM I asked a radiologist "will radiologist have any problem with the EMU image because it is fussy compared to an MRI or CT image. His reply was "as long as radiologist have an input they will be satisfied". My view is because the EMU haemorrhage results will be outstanding, radiologist will not really have much choice but to accept the result.
