Good points - hard to say exactly what is going on, but certainly some funds are aware of it as HUB 24 (ASX:HUB) is in the Top 20.
This business is listed on the ASX by virtue of a fairly colourful history of corporate transactions and board changes & is largely being steered by non-insurance board members who have a very strong CV when it comes to managing ASX listed companies.
Once profitability has been demonstrated for a few quarters, perhaps we'll see a sale for an inflated price to the likes of SDF, AUB or PSI.
Of course, there's nothing to stop SDF, AUB or PSI from taking a shareholding at the present time, it's truly a unique opportunity and those in the know would have it on their radar for sure.
