(Bloomberg) -- Enauta received a non-binding offer from Karoon Energy for 50% of its non-operating interest in Block BS-4, where the Atlanta Field is located, according to a statement from Enauta.
- Companies have signed an agreement to hold exclusive talks until May 31
- Atlanta field is 100% owned and operated by Enauta
