Hi VOGC, really appreciate all your posts, esp for someone whos a novice in this sector.
Not meaning to pry - but do U own a big'ish parcel and how long is your investment horizon? Only asking as I might leverage off the duration info for portfolio rebalancing and the investment size would give me comfort about how much someone with wayyyy more technical knowledge is willing to invest given the data on hand...high level would suffice....
