It was interesting, the tone of the article, and their grouping of PNA with some of these other base metal behemoths, struck the line that Instos were actually expecting some sort of capital return. If PNA wanted to start more cautiously, they could declare a Special Dividend, to defer expectation of a continuing one. However, with Cu gone to $4.50 today, who knows what their magnanamity might stretch to........
