Encounter created more than passing interest this week with first results from a wide-spaced drilling program at its Telfer West project, 25km north-west of Telfer, says top resources reporter Barry FitzGerald. “Thick gold-copper zones in the two most south-western holes in an 11-hole program, drilled on section and 200m apart, got the interest up,” FitzGerald says. “Expect genuine interest in a follow up drilling program to test the lateral and depth potential at the project.”
