I was just glancing at the PWC BioForum, Edition 33 Quarter 4 FY10 Quarter 1 FY11. A write up on the life science sector (in which STI is included). STI 'achievements' are listed in the appropriate sections of the report; partnerships, mergers, regulatory etc. Of the 10 bottom performers over the past four quarters, STI does not make the list. So if you want to call STI the dog stock of the year, page 21 might make you feel a bit better.


I have include the following paragraph from the report:
"Patent expiry and huge demand for products for the ageing population are the
big challenges for these markets and we need to continue to focus on them. Our
experience in our most recent capital raisings is that US private equity is still very
active and we have been successful in raising significant capital. By and large, risk
money is still seeking good homes".

This directly relates to telemedcare and the HDA device.
