I was actually thinking
when the saga started to bring some good Chinese herbal energy boosting stuff from him...
not sure how he will take it???

but for sure when this is over
especially when cougar is triumph
I will head down to the Melbourne office
probably get some donuts for the staff as thank you gift

for now I am keeping the positive and constructive energy going...

cant wait for next week what will surface to the public...

I was actually thinking
and this is only my personal opinion
if the CSG or other mining activities
indeed infringe the same act of pollution
and DERM did not shut them down
or even issue any public notices
in the court of law
that would imply DERM has failed in gross negligence
and the public health and safety of whichever local area of CSG could also be in grave and unacceptable risk/danger
who know where the underground water will flow?
and they would have to shut down the whole of QLD perhaps?
to prevent polluting the bananas plantation perhaps?
for the farmers sake maybe?

does that sound fair and logical argument?
