    They could have started by putting the shareholder update out a few days ago clearly explaining the 319k. Then when the 4c came out it would not have been such a punch to the gut. Thoughtless. And this update is riddled with poor grammar. Steve Schapera, you are on notice! You are on the board and thus partly responsible for this poor shareholder communication.
