In the coming period, meetings are expected to take place in Melbourne with OBJ’s
manufacturing partner with regard to intended next steps. The partner have first right
of refusal to manufacture and a non-exclusive right to distribute BodyGuard products
via the Collaboration Agreement executed in 2017

I was a bit surprised by this update on the BodyGuard/Care manufacturing partner because I thought it was based in Japan. But then I found that they have a manufacturing site in Melbourne so that is consistent with previous communications and shows the global reach of the partner in terms of potential distribution.
