Hi jase, like to run this by you, your 6th point: ref developing own products.
It would seem a natural progression to go from P&G releasing its exclusivity clause to OBJ going it alone.
I perceive this as a negative, might this not suggest that P&G do not see any major value in other applications of Obj tech to their fairly wide range of products.
Would sophisticated investors also see this as a red flag!
If another major entity was to run with it what about the confidentially issue, P&G would have access to their future market strategies, remember we get to know jack shite because of the fuss always made about confidentially issues and about how important it is in the fmcg
There would also be the big hurdle of coming up with major funds for OBJ to go it alone, CR for funds would be ugly, imo, where else will the funds come from, I believe the company cannot pull this off, it needs the distribution and marketing clout of P&G and peers.
As much angst as it may cause we should also remember this, lousy/poorly negotiated deals etc in regards to P&G have also literally saved this company (OBJ), no P&G no OBJ!
On a side note I would say that a reliance on either Bodyguard or Suface hygiene ‘making it’ will become absolutely necessary for this company to boom!
