Don't forget that P&G sold off many of its brands in 2015 and 2016 to consolidate its interests. Their perceived 'lack of interest' may have nothing to do with how impressive OBJ tech is/isn't, and more to do with where they want to position the company moving forward.
Hair care brands sold off in 2016;
