Exactly what should be happening (IMO) - with certainty the sp should rise - as an example, see what happened to LYC.
IMO, games being played to ease stock from "the weak/feeble minded" and of course, those who bought in the SPP for an "instant profit" were effectively disappointed (you can hear the roar rather loudly on HC - or is that "the howls" on HC?!).
I suspect that as progress is announced the MAK sp will really start to move - as long as the economy continues to improve, of course...
