regardless of what information management passed on in the phone conversation - i still have a hunch that the company will significantly restructure or spin off some aspects of the business based on the previous experience of the new board....

Patrick Corr's previous work history is within the resource sector both in Australia & Foreign jurisdictions...
ORO's spin off of Mammoth Resources was withdrawn followed 3 weeks later by DMN's entry.....
