i'm not sure glazzy - not a holder....

But i do see they have an enormous amount of shares on issue - so no doubt a consolidation would be a very favourable avenue for the company if it is to make something happen....

Two different business sectors now operating under the one banner - logic would say to me spin off of the two & consolidate in the process would be the best case scenario...

but hey what would i know - i'm just looking at it from a outsiders view...
