QUINTESSENTIAL Resources has found high copper grades during a follow-up sampling program at the Irak prospect of its flagship Bismarck project in Papua New Guinea.

Standout results from the continuous channel chip samples included 13m grading 2.76%, 34.4 grams per tonne silver and 297 parts per million molybdenum, 19m grading 1.12% copper, 19.6gpt silver and 161ppm moly and 11m at 1.15% copper, 13.8gpt silver and 49ppm moly.

Proposed drilling targets on the identified southern copper-silver skarn are expected to be announced forthwith.
