re: what strong announcement? Are you reading the same newsletter? What is so encouraging about it other than the usual self-adulation?
CMQ had been telling the market that the delay in achieving the nameplate production capacity had hampered sales. However it is revealed in the newsletter CMQ “have stocks of active pharmaceutical ingredient waiting to be formulated, which would produce in excess of 30,000 litres of product “, “along with 22,980 litres progressing through the normal approval process”. And with
“The plant is consistently operating at a rate of about 200,000 litres per annum at the moment, and this capability will shortly be significantly increased”. Clearly products in stock and production capability significantly exceeded sales. The $1.5M SA contract signed last year had quietly gone off the radar and all we hear is the $1.4M SA new contract which is 40,000 litres. So what’s CMQ trying to say?
On one hand CMQ tried to justify the lack of sales on the lack of production. In the same breath, CMQ revealed it has 55,980 litres of finished or near-finished products in stock and the plant is currently operating at 200,000 litres p.a (& about to increase significantly). So why has CMQ only achieved confirmed sales of 40,000 litres to SA? What is the situation here?

The newsletter beggers more questions than answers.
