To get off of Pink sheets the Stock Price has to be higher than USD 5.00 for six months. I found it strange that Lynas was above this price for almost 12 months yet they never put in an application to move their listing to full OTC from pink sheets. Even this requires more records and reports. Lynas met the US$ 5 requirement from 10/4/2021 till 9/19/2022
