If it’s so blatant and bad then show us some decent evidence
If you think someone’s shorting a sock to manipulate it for a takeover and is good value then buy it…
If you think they are pushing up a stock before a raise that’s the problem for a sophisticated investor to work out.

I’ve been a full time trader for decades and briefly a broker…I’m an si take early rounds to iPos… I trade warrants and indexes… I think you’re a bit paranoid
Most people who whinge is just either because they have no idea what they are doing or everytime a position goes against them which is most of the time as they are novices they call it manipulation.
My guess is 90% of short term trades possibly more lose and quit and it’s easier to blame someone else than it is to blame yourself
