So, is this the beginning of a spiral down to 2-3C PS? Or the lull before the (good) storm?
Looks like some stale bulls exiting the register, but new management must have some idea how to make this beast move?
I hope the quarterly either says, "This is what we are going to do to go mining, and these are the dates we are going to do it by", or, "We cant do a thing with it, Tala Hamza is for sale".
Either would be better than sitting on this zombie.
