What is the real end game for Linius?

1. The Hemisphere deal earns 20% of all Search and Assembly revenue.
2. Ken Ruck Linius VP of Personalised Advertising, a Linius senior employee at the time the contract was signed was also the founding Co-partner in Hemisphere.
3. Stephen Kerr -Linius's CFO and Company Secretary at the time the contract was signed submitted his required 3 months notice.
4. Just who are any other Linius connections or associates to Hemisphere?
5. Who would you rather be one of about 2700 shareholders of Linius receiving 80% of all Search and Assembly income less other commissions, like 10 % of Microsoft referred revenue, less all other expenses or Hemisphere receiving 20% clear of all Search and Assembly revenue which would be enduring regardless of who owns Linius.
6. So shareholders have been told that most video type stuff from major players and streamers won't occur because they like to do it in house.
7. Linius will probably need a CR in late 20 Fiscal Year?
8. Linius provides little Revenue guidance predicting in the tens of thousands which SH will not learn details until end January and when Revenue last quarter was about $160,000

So just what is causing the SP to fall and contracts signings being delayed (Security?)
