I believe they stack both sides at the same time and sell to themselves using different entities to move the price in either direction at a point in time that suits the flavour of the day. Why you might ask cause they can.
It only stops when they lose control as our income makes us self sufficient and I believe those days are coming however only when we are generating the approx. $650k per month that will allow us to survive.
