The Hemisphere deal does not pass the pub test.
Hemisphere said that they spent roughly NZ $250,000 to create the Widget Suite and that lines up with Linius announcing that they asked Hemisphere to do that work and wollar a short time later it was all done no beta testing required.
How much work did Ken Ruck contribute whilst an employee of Linius?
In addition, the 20% commission is so generous that Hemisphere expects to earn that back within 6 Months and shortly after to buy an island.
Revenue last quarter was around $160,000 and yet it shows no commission payments to Hemisphere. Why?
Hemisphere has indicated that they were aware of false info being distributed and did not rectify that in a timely matter.
