That's a shame. I have never had anything but a good experience speaking to the company.
I think if anyone is unhappy with management or thinks they are not up to the job just sell and move on. You will be happier for it and won't need to sook on an anonymous forum. There are hundreds of listed companies and if you can find a better one with these resources and management- move into it.
I personally have great faith in the gas and the management so no complaints from me.
