Hey Blade, are you an accountant? Look around- do some research, see the bigger picture, understand the costs of production.
Their pay packets are peanuts compared to strategically placing the company in the best position possible - particularly now with the macro environment not only worldwide but with just the east coast. Developing a high yielding field dedicated to Australia opens/deepens COI appeal to potential suitors and if it ends up as production well then we would be delivering both locally and for export.
I understand everyone's frustrated with the time it has taken to get to where we are now. I'm high on that list with regards to frustration but we must be at the pointy end now and I look forward to the next six months.
All the best - and if you believe they are doing such a bad job pick up the phone or take action, sell out and buy something with a better resource and management. Good luck finding them though.
