There is a statement in the good book that says "pride goeth before a fall" I don't think Mooney will ever step down on his own accord, my oponion is that his EGO is way to big for admitting any failures lies or deception and so forth!
Engaging with a law firm is already costing a few thousand. Advice I received is to wait for the next audited accounts which is end of march, if I am not mistaken and then the quarterly end of April.
