There are some very strict guidelines for any abattoirs and this one maybe under criminal investigations as to what is on the web.
Don't look like halal slaughter men to me as have seen a few.
There are about 15 abattoirs that have a non stunning licence/loophole from what I can find, no export abattoir would fall into this category as would not be allowed.
Sheep and goats can be slaughtered in this way but not any cattle under the ruling from what I have read.
There is a petition to stop this method going around.
