held on Thursday, May 28, 2020, at 10:00 AM. The Public Hearing will

IN THE MATTER of a proposed Purchase Order/Contract between
the Department of Transportation of the City of New York and Empire
Electronics, Inc., located at 103 Fort Salonga Road, Northport, NY
11768, for Nearmap Aerial Photography Data Renewal Software
License. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract shall be
$331,294.80. The term will be from June 28, 2020 until June 27, 2021.

The Vendor has been selected pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the
Procurement Policy Board Rules.
