In the conference call, NEA mentioned that they were doing enhanced services (i.e. upgrade to premium content) for free for all customers, and were negotiating with some smaller companies facing difficulties. The latter can't be material, as trading conditions were steady, and the former does not have any cash implications for NEA.
The advantage of the free upgrade is that some of these customers will realise that these premium services are good for their business. They are then likely to pay a higher contract price later than they would have otherwise. All good IMO.
