end of 2010 property prices

Lets review all those predictions on price drops that have been put out this year so we can track the "calls".

Based on the RP Data/ Rismark hedonic index at end Dec 2010.


I have got a few calls to start here:

1. BG - 20% down
2. Massey Ferguson - 55% down
3. Tony 999 - 40-80% down
4. Matty 747 - 40% down

If the above would like to change the above calls they have made on the forums, fine, let me know and I'll adjust
