I disagree with your wording too...you don't make the new rules here.

so you won't be changed from minus 20% (your call on these threads) until you put a date on "end of year 2010" median property prices as stipulated by "my" comp...not your terms.

If you want to change your fall from - 20% by end of year, feel free to do so...but I won't accept Keen style time fudges of peak to trough falls. It will go on forever.

however, since you have failed to "stump up" on the last comp , you lost big time having sold at 40% below your stock call on BUR...

I can't take you that seriously to be honest.
