Tommorow's inflation figures will have some bearing on most people's original price forecast for year end.
If the top end of town is already showing signs of decline as some here have suggested, how long before the dog starts waving the tail and Mebourne's working-class suburbs like Dandenong, Pakenham, Craigieburn, Caroline Springs etc become affected?
As a young buck i've only seen prices rise, for the more mature property analysts, is it safe to assume the lower end of town are most vulnerable to a strong decline in prices???
