I agree if all those things happen then all holders will be well rewarded. Even poor buggers who might have even bought in at 10cents, I could see it higher than that..
That's a definitive list though, and realistically I think it is just as possible none are achieved by end of 2023.
If I had to bet on one of them I think Vince can shake some more money loose from the government... For holders I hope they are all achieved though and we can get this WA vanadium dream up and running finally.
