I get the feeling something is warming up

A few after mkt trades at 40c

Should be a positive run up to formal credit approval and the equity raising

have to disagree with the 'deal slippage' argument. these banks have been familiar with Boik for years now, have their independnt DD reports from various consultanting groups and have completed the bulk of the DD work.

Any slippage will be realised at the equity raising point in time as alluded to by PJ.
