My experience in the past is when they have a rights issue the price no matter how good it looked at $1.00 it always goes back to the price of the issue. are we looking at .45c?? I bought in at 0.735 last week after closely following for one year. Interesting to watch single buyers at $1.00 for 300k, What must they be thinking now?
