FARs been putting this line (or much the same) in each of it Quarterly Reports since Hunt walked at the end of 2008 and is usually followed by this:
"this process may take several months while companies undertake technical due diligence"

End of 2011, we are talking 36 months later, I wonder if we will ever find out how many have reviewed the data and said no thanks and who is currently looking at the data? You would think by now everyone that is anyone has had a look by now.

Can someone remind me what legal right FAR has to these blocks since the renewal period ended in Nov 2010?
Also how long do/can FAR wait for the decree to come though. There must be a line in the sand somewhere that states, no decree by this date and the blocks are up for grabs.

A YES or NO, is that asking too much?
