He is not a soudn businessman or operator, he is a fly by the seat of his pants entrepeneur. He was selfish and greedy and in the end got what he deserved...
He had his own agenda and rarely acted in the best interests of shareholders and has sunk what could have been a fantastic company with sensible management.
The sooner he's gone the better.
