end of entitlement period - sp

So tomorrow is the last day for people to take up their entitlement. Considering the SP has been below the CR offer I'm assuming that other than the big boys who are securing their % stake few others will have taken up the the offer and a lions share of the new issue will go into the hands of the underwriters.

What sort of effect is this going to have on the sp short term in the post the entitlement period?

Are we likely to see the sp stifled by these underwritten shares?

Personally I took the opportunity to substantially increase my holdings at the below CR raising prices we have seen the past fortnight.
